Hi, I’m Zoe

 Your CNM Health Coach, AND MNU Nutritionist Specialist.

I help people build lasting healthy habits around food, energy, sleep and lifestyle — without restrictive diets or confusion. Through personalised nutrition coaching and behaviour support, we focus on what truly works for you, in your real life.
If you want to add strength, movement and confidence through exercise, I also offer personalised optional personal training sessions.

My goal is simple: give you the tools, clarity and confidence to feel stronger, healthier and more in control of your wellbeing every day.
