With the right fuel, and importantly at the right time, your true potential becomes limitless.

Offering services from my own home, or travelling to clients gyms, parks. I offer a bespoke personal training program for all abilities, ages and I work with your goals. If you looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just lead a healthier lifestyle. I can help you achieve your goals. I create an enjoyable and friendly workout during our sessions, focusing on form and progressing your fitness goals.

Introducing Fuel Potential

Fitness has always been a massive part of my life.

In 2005 I decided to change my life and I started training for a marathon and completed my first that year. The endorphins kick I got from exercising gave me the bug and I wanted to see how far I could push myself. 

In the last few years, I have completed countless marathons and half marathons, a half Iron man as well as conquering Everest base camp and Kilimanjaro. I wanted to prove to myself that anything is possible when you put your mind to it, and what I learned was that planning and preparation is key. With all this new found exercise, I became passionate about what I was eating, and I used to buy lots of nutritional books to help me fuel my mind and body correctly. 

This has all translated into “Fuel Potential” and my purpose of helping others lead their very best life NOW as both a personal trainer (PT) and nutritionist.  What I have learned is that the learning never stops and using the experience and skills I have gained over the years, my mission is to work with YOU to cre-ate a balanced, realistic and fun lifestyle that introduces the positive benefits of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing into your life.
