Nutrition 1: 6 Weeks

Have you been exercising and not seeing results, have you got short term goals and need support and plan to get there,  i.e wedding, holiday? This package is perfect to kick start your journey. A nutrition plan will be tailored to your short term goal. You will also receive a 30 minute fitness consultation within this package

Nutrition 2: 3 Months

If you have a history of yo-yo dieting, this plan with help you achieve sustainable change. The plan is 3 months to work on the mindset of healthy eating and a plan tailored to you.

  • 11 x 30-minute calls

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan

  • Recipe Support

  • Email support (replies with 24hrs)

  • Weekly food diary analysis and feedback

This 6 months package is to transform your nutrition and lifestyle, together we will explore what’s going on at a deeper level to uncover health concerns. This package will keep you motivated and accountability it also includes PT sessions with me.

If you are looking for PT sessions I can help you work through your goals and help develop plans to keep you on track in achieving your goals. I will help you remain focused and engaged to ensure your motivation remains strong, and  I will be there to push you harder to reach your goals. PT sessions can be purchased as an add-on to any nutrition package.

After years of trying new diets, and feeling frustrated that nothing works. People look for a nutritionist to help them with their journey to lasting weight loss. I always take time to listen to your concerns and needs and adapt these to the journey. I will gather all the information from all key aspects such as sleep patterns, medication, family history, food choices and exercise, and then develop a nutrition plan to support you and your journey.

Nutrition Plan

Your nutrition plan is personalised to you, therefore will not have any foods that you dislike in there. If for example I suggest that you need to include exercise, this would not be the gym if you didn’t feel comfortable, this could be walking or anything that you enjoy. This plan is realistic and should make you enthusiastic and excited as its working with your goals.

SUPPORTING YOU

My goal is to support you in and help uncover the practices, tools and technique’s that deliver lasting change where you ultimately become your own physical and nutritional coach, and over time who knows you may become a coach of others by sharing your story and new learnings. My support, energy and commitment is implicit however, this journey is all about you and in truly discussing and learning where things may not be working for you, change can then truly happen. 

I am there supporting you along your journey once you start with me, I am looking for you to gain long term changes and lasting effects. We can tweak the plan as we go on.

My Approach

Questionnaire:

In order to provide an accurate assessment, I will send you a questionnaire (intake form) to complete. I find this not only aids in our overall review but it also defines what you really need. I would ask you to be as specific as possible.

Initial Consultation

During your initial consultation I focus on:

 

  • Understanding you and your body

  • Medical history

  • Family history

  • Current physical activity levels

  • Lifestyle and work-life

  • Sleeping habits

  • Food choices

 

I will then discuss your priorities and aims, both short and long term.
