Nutrition: 6 Weeks

Have you been exercising and not seeing results, have you got short term goals and need support and plan to get there,  i.e wedding, holiday? This package is perfect to kick start your journey. A nutrition plan will be tailored to your short term goal.

This 6 months package is to transform your nutrition and lifestyle, together we will explore what’s going on at a deeper level to uncover health concerns. This package will keep you motivated and accountability it also includes PT sessions with me.

I will help you remain focused and engaged to ensure your motivation remains strong, and  I will be there to push you harder to reach your goals. PT sessions can be purchased as an add-on to any nutrition package.

After years of trying new diets, and feeling frustrated that nothing works. People look for a nutritionist to help them with their journey to lasting weight loss. I always take time to listen to your concerns and needs and adapt these to the journey. I will gather all the information from all key aspects such as sleep patterns, medication, family history, food choices and exercise, and then develop a nutrition plan to support you and your journey.

Your nutrition plan is completely tailored to you. It’s built around foods you genuinely enjoy, so nothing you dislike will ever be included. If movement is part of your plan, it will always suit your comfort level and lifestyle — that might be walking, stretching, dancing, or any form of exercise you actually enjoy, never something that feels intimidating or forced.

My goal is to support you and help uncover the practices, tools, and techniques that create lasting change. The aim is for you to build the confidence and knowledge to become your own physical and nutritional coach — and who knows, over time you may even inspire others by sharing your story and new learnings.

My support, energy, and commitment are a given. However, this journey is ultimately about you. By having open, honest conversations and exploring what may not be working for you, meaningful and sustainable change can truly happen.

I’ll be right there alongside you from the moment you begin, supporting you every step of the way. This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about long-term change and lasting results. We’ll review, adapt, and tweak your plan as we go, ensuring it continues to work for you as you evolve.

My Approach

After years of trying different diets and feeling frustrated that nothing seems to work, many people turn to a nutritionist for support on their journey to lasting weight loss. I take the time to truly listen to your concerns, experiences, and individual needs, and adapt your journey accordingly.

By looking at the whole picture — including sleep patterns, medication, family history, food choices, and movement — I can create a personalised nutrition plan that supports you, your lifestyle, and your long-term goals.

Questionnaire:

In order to provide an accurate assessment, I will send you a questionnaire (intake form) to complete. I find this not only aids in our overall review but it also defines what you really need. I would ask you to be as specific as possible.

Initial Consultation

​

During your initial consultation I focus on:

 

  • Understanding you and your body

  • Medical history

  • Family history

  • Current physical activity levels

  • Lifestyle and work-life

  • Sleeping habits

  • Food choices

 

I will then discuss your priorities and aims, both short and long term.
